yes, and the Fantomen covers have always been fascinating... frankly  
and why the Frew's artists are always redesign the covers? I think they are very poor, at last compared with the scandinavian cover artists. I have some idea, but I don't know for sure.

The reason is simple: money.

Frew decides not to buy the covers from the Fantomen magazine, when they buy the stories. The covers created for Frew's Phantom magazine are simpler and cheaper and most times it is just a panel from the interior art that has been made larger, with color added.

Most people who have complained about this story have said that it was out of character. However, in my opinion the Phantom is very much in character in this story - but it is the surroundings, with all the hi-tech virtual reality machines that feel a bit "wrong" for the Phantom.

It is a very good story, but the question is if it is a good Phantom story
